Occasionally team members develop a close bond with the
local workers, and we seem to have a budding friendship between Gregg and Kam.

Kam is one of our more colorful masons at the village site.
On day one he started showing off his tattoos. Chop mai? You like? Chop, chop.
I like I like. I've been working on my own tats trying to compete with this
character. Yesterday he showed up with a new tat - a picture of my partner
Louise. Cheeky devil.
At the end of the day yesterday we sat down to smoke one of his homemade cigars. He looked down and noticed that his wellies had been on the wrong feet all day. Oops!

Every so often he'll sing a little Thai song and expect me
to dance for him. Of course I oblige.
